After beginning her career as a nurse, Founder, Rita Johnson quickly emerged to lead nursing departments within high-profile health systems and later became a labor relations expert and recruiter herself.  Brooke Wedding later joined as President and brings an extensive experience working as a recruiter specifically for the healthcare industry and within hospital systems.  With a combined background of more than 40 years working for both large search firms and leading large departments within hospitals, Brooke and Rita saw a critical need for a different executive search process. Together they have a fierce passion for executive search and provide outstanding service to their clients.
